1. Introduction

We have a Customer Support Team who operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
2. Complaints Policy
If you would like to file a complaint, please contact us via email support@partyandplay.net or use the contact form above. All complaints will be reviewed and resolved within 5 business days and you will receive an email once it has been done. We will, in accordance with our terms and conditions decide if the complaint is valid. After the decision has been made, the user that complained can appeal to that decision. When the final decision is made, according to us, any infringing, illegal, abusive or otherwise inappropriate content will be removed from the website.

To initiate a complaint and or content removal then any affected party, whether a registered member or otherwise is required to first get in touch with our Customer Support team. Users can report content through the following methods:

2.2. Information Required
When submitting a report, please provide:
A clear description of the content or behavior in question.
Any relevant URLs, screenshots, or other evidence.
Your contact information for follow-up.
3. Content Removal Policy
3.1. Removal Requests
Users can request the removal of content through the following scenarios:
Personal Media Removal: If you wish to remove your own media from our platform you can do so yourself or please contact our support team with your username and the specific media in question.
Unauthorized Use of Personal Media: If you believe someone is using your media without consent, please provide the username of the offending profile and any relevant evidence.
Explicit Content: If explicit content is found without consent, please report it immediately with the necessary details.
4. Review Process
All reported complaints will be reviewed, actioned and resolved within five (5) business days. If any behavior or content is found to be in violation of our terms and conditions we reserve the right to:
Remove or restrict access to the content immediately .
Suspend or terminate the offending user's account immediately.
Report the incident to relevant authorities, if necessary.
Should there be a disagreement regarding an appeal, the merchants must allow such disagreement to be resolved by a neutral body.

Contact Form. If there should be a disagreement regarding this appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral body.
