How to Use the Site

Here's is a list of items that you may find helpful when navigating our site.

Credits

Each day you log in you receive credits for logging in.
Each time you upload a photo of yourself, you get more credits.
On your dashboard you will see your credit balance and a link to the "cost of Actions" or how many credits it will take to:
Contact someone.
Respond to someone.
Make a video call.
Respond to a video call.

It also shows you how many credits you get for various other things.

Who's On Right Now?

When looking at the "Recent Visitors" Link on the menu, you will find several submenus:
Recently Joined - Telling you who is really new!
Latest Activity - Telling you who is on RIGHT NOW as distinguished by the Green Dot, and Who was recently on and how long ago, after those who are on right now.
Distance (Registered User feature)- Tells you who is closest to you, nearest to furthest.
The Visual Map (Registered User feature) - This is a visual location of each and every member on the site, what city, state or country!

Searching

When using the search feature, many time people will add to many things they want, and this can narrow down the results to just a few or NONE!
We suggest starting out with as little requirements as possible to get the most results.
If you use the distance feature and it shows you results in that area that's great. But then if you go and look at who's on or who recently joined, it can keep that distance parameter in those results. so you have to CLEAR that distance parameter to see all the new people.
To clear that just go to search again and REMOVE the distance location you had before to nothing and hit search. This will then show you everyone who is new or was recently on no matter how close or far from you. This way you can see all the activity on the site.

Video Calls

Making video calls is a great way to meet new people who are right next door or across the country from you!
It's also a great way of Meeting and Interacting with people when you don't feel like going out!
Literally stay at home and enjoy their company!
FYI you can only make video calls to other members who are CURRENTLY Online.
Also Just because they are online and can accept your call, doesn't mean they will. They may be on a call with someone else at that moment, so don't get discouraged.

Photos

Your Avatar is your user photo. It's the first thing that shows up, so choose something that will get the attention of people looking. You'll get more attention with photos of YOU instead of a photo of your BBQ or a copied clip art! You are here to Date, so show yourself!
Your avatar doesn't enlarge so make sure it's your face or something that people will want to click on to check your OTHER PHOTOS!
Photo Gallery - This is where you can upload photos of yourself and show all kinds of things about yourself. These photos are enlargeable so people can click and see the whole picture.
Password Protected Photos While some of you will want to password protect your photos that is ok. You may want to protect your privacy. HOWEVER people browsing may not want to stop and ask for your password to see the photos. But some will. So think if you want to password protect then as it may mean being passed over by quick browsers.

The PHOTOS Link

The photos link in the menu will take you to a page of members uploaded photos.
Here you will see all sorts of member photos that may entice you to look further.
You can look using the submenu for Latest Additions, or TOP RATED photos!
There is also a keyword search feature of the photos.

Recently Viewed Me

This is a list of all those who have recently viewed or visited your profile that may be interested in you.

The Hot List

The hot list is a list of members who have added themselves to, because they want you to look at them! You can add yourself tot he Hot List or remove yourself from the hot list. It's up to you.

My Matches

My Matches in the menu are member profile that match you and your requirements from Highest to lowest.
